DPF CLEANING MACHINE

Guaranteed Solution for all DPF Problems

DPF cleaning is achieved using sophisticated aqueous cleaning technology, in combination with specialist environmentally friendly chemicals

Fast Eco Drying Solution (F.E.D. Solution)

After washing DPF, the water left in the filter. Drying this water with traditional drying solution take time about 30-45 minutes for car filter. Empty the DPF of the remaining water with our Fast Eco Drying Solution it take 1-2 minutes maximum.

F.E.D. solution with this system after washing, the water left in the filter is sucked with the inlet of the blower creating a depression. The sucked water is again introduced into the tank and reused, in this way we always recover all the water and if we calculate the washings carried out during the year the savings are enormous. After this phase, only moisture remains inside the filter.

DPF CLEANING PROCESS

Unless your DPF is internally damaged, our sophisticated cleaning is a virtually 100% successful process in restoring your DPF back to full health.
  • Your blocked DPF is removed and sent to a Quantum DPF Cleaning Centre
  • On arrival, the DPF is endoscope inspected for internal damage and pre-clean photographs taken
  • A back-pressure test is carried out to check the blockage level
  • The DPF is then placed into a sophisticated cleaning machine and has a deep two-way aqueous clean and drying procedure to fully remove all the soot and ash
  • A further back pressure test is carried out to confirm flow and success of the advanced cleaning process
  • The DPF is re-inspected with an endoscope and post-clean photographs taken
  • The DPF clean is certified and signed off with a 12-month warranty
  • Your DPF Centre dealer will then re-install the DPF into the vehicle, then carry out diagnostic and resetting routines

FORCED REGENERATION

With high ash counter levels, this is only a temporary solution, as it will not clear the ash, only the soot. Eventually ash levels reach a critical level and cannot be cleared.

Forced regeneration is a way of cleaning the DPF using a maintenance process which has been built in by the vehicle manufacturer. This process can only be started by either a main dealer / mechanic with the right tools and access to the vehicles management systems.

This type higher than normal fuel usage

This type often uses a DPF additive

WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

If your DPF warning light or Anti-Pollution warning is on, please do not ignore it (typical dash warning symbols below). Get professional advice, consider your options carefully and attend to the problem. Leaving it will ultimately cost you much more in additional repair bills and it can be dangerous.
By the time your DPF warning lights are visible your DPF will already be significantly blocked. Forced regeneration by a garage or a “blast down the motorway” is not likely to cure the problem, these only work as preventative maintenance. So at this stage realistically you have the following options:-

Fix may only be temporary

Mix results, may clear some soot, but not ash

Removal is a potential MOT failure.

This can be prohibitively expensive as an OEM part, or potentially poor performing, as a pattern part.

CLEANING FLUIDS

Some high end, or professionally applied products may possibly aid the removal of soot, but will not clear the ash from the DPF.

On-vehicle DPF cleaning methods simply removes some of the soot and has the adverse effect of potentially impacting the existing ash, even further into the DPF.
Beware of ‘snake-oil’ products have no benefit, whatsoever. Claims that such products will reduce ash levels simply is not true.
